Credit pricing explained: imports, AI and 90-day publishing

Prepaid packs, not a new subscription

The current packs use EUR base prices. Purchased credits do not expire and new packs do not renew automatically. Verified accounts receive 5 welcome credits. Review the live quote before paying; eligible checkout sessions may offer local-currency pricing, and your provider may apply exchange fees.

Standard import: charge after saving the reviewed result

A selected PDF page, image or DXF model-space drawing costs 1 import credit when the reviewed result is saved. Credits are reserved during processing and review. Failed or cancelled standard imports release the hold; a failed save does not charge you. Retrying the same saved import does not charge twice. A deliberately new conversion is a new import.

AI assistance: quote before external processing

Local inspection produces a quote of 3, 5 or 8 credits for the selected drawing. Available welcome or purchased credits may cover it. Only your confirmation starts external AI processing. Credits are charged when a valid editable result is delivered, even if you do not save it. Technical failures release the reservation. One targeted correction is included, then each additional correction costs 1 credit after confirmation. Read the AI import guide for limitations and data processing.

Publishing is separate from importing

Publishing one floorplan costs 10 credits for 90 days, including updates and embedding during that period. It does not renew automatically. Editing, saving, furniture and standard exports are free. Public navigation requires active publishing. An illustrative one-page standard import followed by one publication uses 11 credits in total; that is an action-cost example, not a guarantee that any particular drawing will import correctly.

Geographic sharing add-on

Geographic sharing costs 5 extra credits for the current publishing period, up to 90 days. A new publication with this add-on totals 15 credits. Placement previews and active-period updates are free. Colored exhibition styling is included in publishing. Read the alignment guide.

Receipts, older subscriptions and refunds

Use the app's billing page for your balance, payment details and receipts. Existing earlier paid access remains governed by its original period; this explanation does not change existing subscriptions. Contact support about an unclear charge and read Cancellation & refunds and Terms. Closing a browser tab does not reverse a confirmed payment.
