Terms of service

The service and your account

Build3D Floorplans provides tools to import drawings, edit floorplans, manage workspace information and publish interactive views. These terms apply to the service provided by Build 3D Floorplans. You must be an adult or have authority to act for your organization, provide accurate information and protect your login. You are responsible for the permissions you give collaborators.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You authorize us to store, process, convert and display it as necessary to provide the features you request, including public sharing when you enable it. Only upload information you have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access or circumvent service limits. Do not expose sensitive personal information through shared plans.

Accuracy and availability

Conversions, measurements, reconstructed layouts and suggested routes can contain errors. Review and correct results before relying on them. The service is not a substitute for a professional survey, building-code review, accessible-route assessment or emergency evacuation plan. Features and limits are described in the selected plan. Maintenance, faults and security incidents may affect availability; contact support if the service does not work as described.

Plans, prices and payment

Review the amount, currency, taxes where applicable, included features and monthly or annual billing interval before placing an order. Recurring subscriptions renew at the interval shown until canceled. Stripe processes payment, including PayPal where available. A separately offered one-time publishing pass is governed by the scope and duration displayed for that purchase and does not create a recurring subscription.

Trial access and publishing limits are shown in the app. A trial alone does not authorize a charge. Failed payments or expired access may stop public publishing. We will communicate material changes to subscription terms or prices before they take effect where required; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

You can manage renewal from Plans and billing and the billing portal. Cancellation is normally effective at the end of the paid period. See Cancellation & refunds for the difference between stopping renewal, requesting a refund and exercising consumer withdrawal rights. These terms do not waive statutory withdrawal rights, conformity guarantees or other mandatory remedies.

Suspension, responsibility and disputes

We may restrict access when necessary to address unlawful use, security threats or unpaid fees, and provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Export any data you need before requesting account deletion. Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law; nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact contact@build3dfloorplans.com first with complaints. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and access to competent courts in their country of residence. Consumer mediation details are listed in Legal & contact. Changes to these terms are dated and material changes will be communicated where required.
