From event drawing to editable floorplan
AI-assisted import helps interpret exhibition and event drawings for an editable layout. Review the resulting spaces, walls and objects in Floorplan Studio, then prepare a 3D visitor experience with Wayfinder. AI can miss or misclassify details; verify geometry, scale, labels and navigation before use.

Choose AI before choosing the file
In Floorplan Studio, select Import floorplan, then AI-assisted import. Select a PDF, PNG/JPG or ASCII DXF file up to 8 MB and choose one page or model space. DWG, binary DXF and saved JSON projects are not AI inputs. Use a clean, sharp drawing and an original vector export when available.

Review a fixed quote before processing
Local inspection is free and does not send the drawing to the external AI provider. The quote is 3, 5 or 8 credits, based on the selected drawing. Available welcome credits and purchased credits can both cover the quote. Buy more only if your available balance is insufficient. You must explicitly accept the quote and data-processing consent before AI processing begins. See credit pack pricing.

Understand when credits are charged
Credits are reserved during processing and charged when a valid editable AI result is delivered, even if you decide not to save it. Technical failures release the reservation. AI delivery is different from Standard import, which charges 1 credit per selected page or drawing only when the reviewed layout is saved.

Make a targeted correction
One targeted AI correction is included. Additional corrections cost 1 credit each, confirmed before processing. Describe a specific issue, such as a missing entrance or a tree classified as a booth. Corrections can still require manual review; they do not guarantee every detail will be recovered.

Save, edit and publish separately
Review the AI preview and apply it to your floorplan. Editing, saving and standard exports remain free. AI results are available for 7 days unless saved as a project. Publishing a visitor link is a separate action: 10 credits for 90 days. Test Wayfinder routes before sharing with event visitors.

Your drawing and your decision
Only upload drawings you have permission to process. Accepted AI requests send the selected drawing information to our AI provider. Read the privacy policy before confirming. If the result has a defect, contact support or submit an import problem report. Do not rely on the output for certified measurements or safety-critical navigation.
