Send an example for review

First, try exporting a clean PDF, PNG or ASCII DXF file under 8 MB. Remove password protection and embedded attachments. Split large drawings into fewer pages.

If the import still fails, sign in and send the file with a short description of the error or missing elements. We will email a confirmation to your verified account address.

Only share files you have permission to provide. Remove confidential details. Files remain private and are retained for up to 180 days for investigation and importer improvements. Reply to the confirmation email to request earlier deletion.
