For an import problem, describe the file format, the action you attempted and which area or object is missing. Use the private import-report process to provide a file; do not place customer drawings or personal details in a public link.

For billing or publishing, include an invoice, order or project reference if available. Never send passwords, authenticator codes or full payment details. Sending this form does not cancel a payment or guarantee a refund; see Cancellation & refunds for the process.
